    What is a Los Angeles County community based organization (CBO)?The CBOs represent the diversity that is Los Angeles County and they include health care centers, immigrant rights groups, churches and other organizations. Over the course of the next year, they will receive funding ranging from $100,000 to $500,000, as well as capacity building, training and technical assistance.
